About

Hi, I’m Aiesha Naulty the founder and director of A Plan Solutions, with over 18 years experience in successfully delivering company wide information and technology change initiatives. In summary, I’m a connector, and I simplify the change delivery process within companies.

I have the technical background to help you identify solutions that match your business goals, and the human and interpersonal skills to design and implement a plan that will set you and your people up for success.

I have always had a genuine interest in complex systems and how they work, the patterns and trends that connect them, and how they can be evolved to work more effectively. Over the years I have worked with leading uk and global companies to transition their working practices, behaviours and outcomes.

As each change journey has many unknowns, I focus on keeping people motivated and maintain a positive working practice, promoting adaptive and flexible working to allow people to ride the waves of change and new ways of working.
